Organic food retailers and manufacturers carry a higher documentation burden than conventional buyers — and a herb supplier either makes that easier or harder. Here is how a Türkiye-based producer approaches supply for organic-facing programs.
Traceability first
Every lot is traceable from a known Aegean growing area, through ISO 22000 / HACCP-controlled processing, to shipment — with a Certificate of Analysis per lot. That paper trail is the foundation auditors and organic buyers expect.
Clean, documented sourcing
Buying direct from the producer at origin means the goods and the documentation come from the same place: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, and per-lot COA, plus any destination-specific certificates your market requires.
Talk to us about your program
Organic certification requirements differ by market and scheme. Tell us your target certification, volumes, and destination, and we will confirm what sourcing and documentation your program needs. Request a quote.
